Efficient foundation
Our AFO lasts form the precise foundation for the production of custom AFOs in orthotics. While plaster is traditionally used to create negative and positive models, we consistently rely on resin-based 3D printing as a modern, digital alternative.
Using a precise 3D printing process, lasts are created that are manufactured exactly based on 3D scans and can be used directly for the production of the AFO. Thanks to the fully digitized process – from data capture and model preparation to additive manufacturing – individual patient requirements can be met with reproducible results and millimeter precision. Digital data sets can be archived, adjusted at any time, and remanufactured.
This ensures consistently high quality, independent of manual influences.
