Eliminate the need for manual assembly and grinding of your working bed. Dreve’s new working footbed is 3D-printed directly from your last data with precise fit – including all design adjustments.
This creates an immediately usable, geometrically defined foundation for shoe construction, without additional intermediate steps in the workshop. Adjustments from the digital last design are directly incorporated and no longer need to be manually implemented during the manufacturing process. This reduces manual intervention, minimizes sources of error, and ensures consistently high quality, even for repeated orders. The material used combines high mechanical strength with precisely tuned elasticity. The working footbed maintains its shape during construction, supports controlled pinching, and can be sanded with precision.
High abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance allow for multiple processing steps without loss of geometry. At the same time, the low weight ensures noticeably easier handling in everyday work. The result is a significantly more efficient manufacturing process with less rework, reduced material usage, and consistently reproducible quality.
